When you call, please have verification of business ready in order to complete
your request over the phone. You may also request a Wholesale Catalog by FAXing

(local/international: +1 360 379-2839) at any time. In your FAX, please include
your business name and business address, plus proof of business (photocopy of
your business license, etc.). Your business status must be verifiable in order to
receive a wholesale catalog. This may include sending a copy of your un-expired
